Last updated: February 2026. This policy is subject to review by legal counsel.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taxation.ai (the "Platform"), an AI-powered tax preparation service operated by Vaionex Corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Taxation.ai provides AI-assisted tax preparation tools that help users organize financial information, identify potential deductions, and prepare tax returns. The Platform serves users in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and 20+ additional countries.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to analyze your financial data and provide tax-related suggestions. All data is primarily stored on EU-based servers (Hetzner, Germany).
The AI-generated content, suggestions, and outputs provided by Taxation.ai are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You should always consult with a qualified tax professional, accountant, or financial advisor before making decisions based on information provided by the Platform. Vaionex Corporation is not a licensed tax preparation firm, accounting firm, or law firm. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated output to your specific tax situation.
You agree not to:
The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of Vaionex Corporation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-generated outputs (such as tax suggestions) are provided as part of the service. You may use these outputs for your personal tax preparation purposes. These outputs are generated algorithmically and are not guaranteed to be unique or proprietary.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and financial data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
If you require a formal data processing agreement, please refer to our Data Processing Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This choice of governing law does not deprive consumers in the EU or UK of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence, and you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
